Geda 500 Z/ZP has been specially designed for use in harsh construction site conditions. The unit is extremely flexible and, with two separate controls, it can be used as a material lift with a very good lifting capacity of 850kg or simply as a transport platform for transporting people and material. Lifting speeds of 24m/min for material transport and 12m/min for personal transport guarantee rapid construction progress. The hoist is an indispensable support for the rapid assembly of scaffolding as well as for subsequent work at the construction site. Geda 500Z/ZP with minimal space requirements, high load capacity and various application options, the construction hoist saves time and ensures optimum logistics processes on site. Every construction site has its own challenges. Different platform versions with different loading doors and flaps therefore allow optimum adaptation of the GEDA 500 Z/ZP to the requirements on site. The spacious loading platform without cover provides sufficient space for all types of construction materials.
Base unit consists of:
• Foot section with 4 adjusting spindles and base mast 2.3 m
• Trolley with drive unit 3.0/6.1 kW/400 V/50 Hz and overspeed safety brake
• Safety stop approx. 2 m above the ground with warning sound and repeating of the drive command
• Operation and emergency limit switches at top and bottom
• Send- and collect-control unit permanently installed, key switch (incl. automatic reset in material mode), assembly control (with separate key) and power socket 230 V
• Overload protection with indication
• Integrated monitoring of the mast screwing and mast end
• Stop bars (one each for landing level stop and emergency-off)
• Manual control with 5 m cable, plug-in type
• Control for drop test with 10 m cable, plug-in type
• Automatic lubrication system
• Tear off securing for trailing cable
• Hour meter
• Platform „A“ incl. roof 1.60 x 1.40 m
