Questions and answers (FAQ)
What are the delivery costs?
- courier shipment - weight up to 30 kg (prepaid by bank transfer) - depends on the country of delivery. The cost is always shown in the basket before ordering.
- courier consignment - weight up to 30 kg (cash on delivery) - to the regular price +3 PLN (only possible for delivery in Poland)
- shipment of oversized goods - agreed individually with a representative
What forms of payment are available?
- transfer to the account indicated on the invoice or a Pro-Forma document,
- payment in cash at the courier (only in Poland),
- payment in cash on delivery in person.
What is the lead time for orders?
The lead time for most products is determined individually with the representative or additional information is provided with the selected item. 90% of items are dispatched on the same day. The delivery time indicated in each offer should also include transport time. For Poland, delivery time is 1-2 days, while for other countries it is usually from 2 to 4 days.
Under what conditions can I use the rental service?
Rental is only valid in Poland.
After the deposit has been paid (PLN 3000 in the case of a Geda Lift), a rental contract and a take-over protocol are drawn up. Upon return of the unit, the rental costs are deducted from the deposit. The unit is also inspected at the service centre for any faults. Any repair costs incurred through the fault of the user are covered by the hirer.

What does oversize goods look like?
Oversized goods are products whose total weight exceeds 30kg or one of the dimensions i.e. length, width, height exceeds 1m.
How can I make purchases in the shop?
There are two ways to make a purchase in our shop. The first is by logging into your account, adding products to your basket and placing an order (purchase without registration is also possible). The second way is to contact a consultant by phone and place your order directly with them.
How do I create an account on the website?
To create a user account on the shop website, click on the 'Register' button in the top right corner. Fill in the required blanks and accept the shop regulations. After correct registration, the account is active, you can log in and make purchases.
