Returns, complaints and guarantee conditions
- All questions, objections, complaints regarding irregularities, defects or interruptions in the provision of the Services, functioning of the Shop geda24.pl and the purchased Products may be submitted by the User by e-mail at shop@geda24.pl.
- Each product has a warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty card and may also be claimed at the service points of the respective manufacturer specified in the warranty card. Complaints resulting from the Buyer's failure to fulfil his obligations will not be considered.
- Complaints relating to mechanical damage during transport will only be considered after the contents of the consignment have been checked upon collection. The condition of accepting this type of complaint is to send to the address of High-Tech Sp. z o.o., 55G Strzegomska Street, 53-611 Wrocław a complaint protocol written together with the courier delivering the parcel.
- The Service Provider undertakes to consider all complaints submitted by the User within 30 working days.
- The Service Provider, in order to obtain the information necessary to respond to the complaint, reserves the right to contact the User by telephone or e-mail.
- The Service Provider will refuse to consider the complaint if the User does not provide the information and documents required by the Service Provider for this purpose.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to extend the 30-day response period in situations where the response depends on the decision of the Product manufacturer or the collection of additional technical or legal analyses, of which it will inform the User submitting the complaint immediately.
GEDA warranty conditions
- Unless otherwise stipulated, High-Tech Sp. z o.o. guarantees the products to the buyer for a period of 12 months from the date of issue of the Invoice. In the case of warranty claims, the regulations for business entities apply.
- In the event of a warranty claim, a proof of purchase of the machine must be submitted, on which the date of purchase, the type of machine and its serial number are visible.
- The purchaser is obliged to immediately notify the Seller of the discovery of defects or faults in writing by e-mail. The response time to a service request is no longer than 72 working hours from the moment of notification. The time is counted from the moment of notification to the moment of service response, which includes at least a feedback contact with the notifying party and an initial analysis of the problem.
- If the device is used despite the discovery of a defect/error/damage, the warranty will lapse.
- Repair or replacement with a defect-free product will be carried out as soon as possible. The decision on how to handle the warranty remains with the Service.
- The purchaser is obliged to use the products in accordance with their intended use, observing safety, all rules and regulations regarding their use.
- The guarantee does not cover parts that normally wear out during operation and defects that arise as a result of or in connection with changes made to the products or as a result of a repair that took place without the prior written consent of the Seller granting the guarantee.
- The Seller shall not be obliged to repair the products or provide other services under the guarantee in case of a defect caused by: improper assembly (unless it was performed by the Seller) and adjustment, exceeding of technical parameters, use of improper media, improper operation and maintenance (inconsistent with the operating manual) and interference with the source files of the controllers.
- The costs of delivery and collection of the machine from the service shall be borne by the Buyer. This also applies to the costs of the service call.
- Repair or replacement of individual parts does not extend the warranty period specified for the machine.
- The guarantee lapses if repairs or modifications are carried out on the machine by unauthorised personnel. The burden of responsibility for ensuring that the equipment is properly serviced rests with the purchaser.
- Liability under the warranty does not extend to the following cases:
Damage caused by force majeure (Lightning strike, tornado, flood) or other external factors
Damage caused by misuse or other damage not resulting from manufacturing or material defects.
Damage to parts subject to natural wear and tear: cables, rollers, hoses, valves, seals, filters and other such parts.
Damage to the power supply cable and plug.
