The Privacy Policy defines the manner of protection of personal data of customers (hereinafter referred to as: "Users") and information that may constitute a trade secret of their company by High - Tech sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Wrocław, having the address: ul. Strzegomska 55G, 53-611 Wrocław, NIP: 8943095165, REGON: 366432167 (hereinafter referred to as "Administrator"), adopted for services provided in the domain www.geda24.pl, (hereinafter referred to as "Service"), in order to:
- to emphasise the particular importance that the Administrator attaches to the protection of the privacy of Users visiting and using the Service.
- to provide Users with information regarding the use of cookies on the Website.
I. General information
(1) The Privacy Policy shall constitute an integral part of the rules and regulations published on the Website, and the definitions contained therein shall apply accordingly to this Privacy Policy, unless specific expressions or phrases are defined otherwise directly in this Privacy Policy.

(4) The Administrator's overriding aim is to ensure that the Service Users' privacy is protected at a level corresponding to the requirements set out in generally applicable laws.

II. Data collection and processing
(1) The User may browse the Website without providing personal data or registering. The User loses his/her anonymity as soon as he/she provides his/her personal data to the Administrator.

(1) Cookies (also referred to as "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Service User's terminal equipment and are intended for use on the Website. (1) The Administrator shall apply technical and organisational measures at the level ensuring a high level of personal data protection, in particular protecting the personal data of Users against unauthorised access, loss or damage.
(2) In order to better control the level of security by the Administrator, it is advisable for the User to notify the Administrator immediately of any use of his/her account registered in the Service by unauthorised persons or of any other breach of security rules found by the User in connection with the use of the Service, or of any ordinary concerns or events of concern related to their use.
