GEDA 2 PK - version for 30m is a lift designed mainly for crane operators. The unit is also useful in all locations with limited space as a support device for e.g. an inspection process.
The unit complies with all safety standards, particularly the European Machinery Directive.
Geda 2PK can be adapted to any crane up to 150m in height as standard. Adaptation for greater heights is possible.
It is designed for up to 2 persons and material.
- Load capacity up to 200 kg
- Lifting speed 24 m / min
- Cabin size 0.6 x 1.1 m (1.8 m)
- Lifting height 150 m (other parameters possible on request)
Rack and pinion hoist with aluminium ladder track for max. 2 persons and material:
• Load capacity to 200 kg
• Lifting speed 24 m/min
• Lifting height 60 m
Base unit consisting of:
• Base section 2.0 m
• Trolley with drive 1.5 kW/400 V/50 Hz and overspeed safety brake
• Spring cable reel with trailing cable for 60 m lifting height
• Integrated control panel, selector switch with key for operation mode; cabin lighting; emergency signal
• Transport axle
• Overload protection with indication
• 3 x limit switch operating elements (1 x emergency-off; 1 x entrance level at the bottom; 1 x exit level at the top)
• Automatic lubrication system
• 14 x Ladder section
• Cage
• 8 x Ladder track ties
• Buffer support
The device can be extended with many options, e.g:
- Safety gate for landing level
- Electric module for landing level safety gate 2PK
- Hour counter
- Adjustable support for base section
